By booking an appointment at Sklo. Beauty, you agree to the following terms:
All bookings require card details to secure your appointment. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or a missed appointment.
The Decaar Algae peel treatment cannot be performed with active cold sores or if you have had injectables, peels, or microblading within the past 14 days . This treatment is also not suitable if you have used Roaccutane or similar medication within the past 6 months.
Treatments during pregnancy can only be carried out after 12 weeks and with written approval from your doctor.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in a 50% charge of your missed treatment.
All cancellations must be made via email to info@sklobeauty.co.uk
Your card details stored securely on Timely will be used for any applicable charges unless an alternative payment method is provided.
Clients who cancel or reschedule three consecutive appointments may be removed from the booking system.
Failure to attend
If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us, your captured card will be charged in full and you will be unable to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling. The full cost of the original appointment will still apply.
Payments
Card and cash are accepted. For cash payments, please bring the exact amount where possible.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for twelve months and cannot be replaced or refunded after expiry. They are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Delivery is available for a fee.
Discounts & Promotions
Offers are valid only on full-priced, individual treatments. They cannot be used on products, courses, or combined with any other promotions.
Refunds & Product Returns
We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are unhappy with your experience, please get in touch promptly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Sklo. Beauty are not responsible for adverse reactions to manufacturer products, which are used at the client’s discretion. If you believe a product is faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase.
Health & Safety
We maintain the highest hygiene standards to ensure client safety. Children and pets are not permitted in the clinic.
Parking & Access
Free on-street parking is available.
As there is no waiting area, please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible. If you arrive early, kindly wait in your car and message ahead, as you may be invited in sooner if available.
On arrival, please ring the doorbell or send a message and you will be welcomed in.
Consent & Photography
Before and after photos may be taken for treatment records, with your consent. These will never be used for marketing without your explicit permission
Right to Refuse Service
Sklo. Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual at our discretion.

Privacy
You will be asked to complete a consultation form before your first appointment or any new treatment. This is to ensure treatments are safe and suitable for you. Please include details of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or recent procedures.
All information is stored securely via our booking system (Timely) and used solely for treatment purposes, in line with UK data protection regulations.
Security
For safety purposes, the clinic entrance is monitored by security cameras. Footage may be shared with authorities if legally required.
